Aims

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • understand the purposes and benefits of evaluating Careers Education and Guidance (CEG) and Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG)
  • understand how CEG and IAG can contribute to school/college self assessment
  • understand a range of evaluation methods
  • consider evaluation criteria for CEG/IAG
  • identify appropriate evidence to support the evaluation.
