We work closely with young people across Norfolk and know which young people are looking for work. We have immediate access to candidates who will be interested in your vacancy. The Connexions Norfolk Employer Engagement Team will:

• Match candidates to your specific requirements.
• Ensure suitable candidates receive details by the quickest method, helping you fill the vacancy quickly and efficiently.
• Displaying vacancies on helpyouchoose.org (our website for young job seekers): increasing the number of candidates who see your vacancy.
• Support in arranging interviews and job offers.
• Communicate vacancies by text or email to young people within 24 hours of being advertised.
